Hi Mike. I bought the Tamron 16-300 from Digital Rev. I use it all the time and it has proved to be a really good walkabout lens. I never take it off the camera.

I also believe that the Sigma 18-300 is a bit better!

Hi mike. I have had the same problem and with 2 frozen shoulders the pain becomes really bad! I use a camera sling strap which has a body or u def arm strap to keep it on your shoulder.
