Battle vs Leigh

It's always a pleasure to see our friends from Leigh Camera Club. Thursday's battle was as close as it gets. Leigh won the projected images by one point and we won the prints by one point - an honourable draw! I'll bet judge Colin Douglas couldn't repeat that one so easily.

Now that we've tried it out a couple of times, what do we all think of using digital projected images instead of slides?

We will try to calibrate the projector a little more closely to the laptop, but it seems especially high key subjects may not fare too well. They lose the subtlety.

The other problem of course is trying to ensire the visiting club or lecturer has a similar calibration.

This may not be so easy.
