Any one wanting to have a go at shooting bluebells should have a look at Rivington.
Follow the road from Horwich to Rivington barn and the photographic place Des and Mira organised the portrait sessions.
Opposite the entrance to the barn turn left in to the car park of the great hall (this is on the reservoir side)
Walk 50 yards further on towards Rivington and there are acres of the stuff.
If that is not enough walk 200 - 300 yards back towards Horwich and there is another field full.

And while you are up in that area why not carry on walking to Rivinton Park galleries, (where the portrait nights are held ) and see some of my pictures on exhibition and sale,
including a couple that haven't been seen at the club yet.
Only half a dozen or so but they have been there for a fortnight so should be coming down after this weekend, so may be the last chance for now.
