Nikon's new 105mm f/1.4 Portrait Lens

Post by John »

Not just for portraits of course, but with a fast f/1.4 maximum aperture it could be an ideal application. Nikon's new lens was a lot of fun to use and is capable of some seriously excellent results. Have a look at my EPZ review, but here's a few examples, shot using the D810 body.

Thanks John

Have you got a link to your review/s?

How did my photos of you turn out?

I do like the shallow DOF in image 2. Very effective.

Your pictures turned out fine Paul, given the low light that f/1.4 aperture opens up some possibilities.
