Hi Andy
Neither can I and I've gone all white on the Forum.

Yes, no picture Andy. The black and white format is now universal and it seems to be OK now, more in keeping with our modern website.
Best regards
John

Re: #184 PICTURE ME A SONG
Well Folks it's the bit that I don't like but I have to make decisions so here goes.
BRIGHT EYES - MEL
Certainly bright Mel and one of my favourite Art Garfunkel songs. The eyes really get your attention. Perhaps you could have
toned down the bright spots on her right eyebrow but this certainly fits the bill for me.
THE BOXER - JANICE
Looks as if they are having a lot of fun Janice even if a little mismatched. Nice one Janice
THE BEATLES - PAUL
Two for the price of one here my friend. The couple on the 'thirds' and the fence leading to the long (but not winding this time) road
and a nice view 'round the corner' . I like this one.
PIANO MAN - JOHN
This is clever but has given me a puzzle. I can see the keys reflected in the piano but does the same apply to the young man? His
small face is dwarfed somewhat by the rather large hands so did you put it in or is it a true reflection? Either way a good shot.
DAY TRIPPER - GRAHAM
This takes me back to my trainspotting days with a 'double header' pulling those old carriages. A real train and great position going
over the viaduct, smoking away. For me you have suffered from the poor light so it comes across a little flat and dark. Can I suggest
a visit to the next Saturday morning event with John and Paul to see if/how to bring in more details. Good effort though.
DESPERADO - ANDY
Eventually got to be seen and as usual up to your high standard. Nice setting and well controlled D.O.F. Not much else
to say Mate except congrats on the fantastic results in the Annual prints. Brilliant stuff.
I AM A ROCK - JOHN JM
Have seen (and liked) this one before. Did you do the balancing act yourself or were they already like this and you spotted the potential? Doesn't matter really. Perhaps would be improved by a little contrast to bring out more details.
AS LONG AS YOU FOLLOW ME - JOJO
Must confess that I hadn't heard of this song so googled it for a listen and am suitably impressed.
Sorry to say that I'm baffled by your picture and had to reduce my screen size to see it fully. I can see
the rabbit against what appears to be a purple triangular shape but perhaps it's my age but am missing the point. Sorry!!
So here goes :-
3rd place goes to Graham for Day Tripper
2nd place to John JM for I am a rock
Winner is Mel for Bright Eyes
Over to you Maestro.
