I now have another commission for an article on this range and I'm in the market to purchase Pentax A series cameras and/or lenses, or at least certain ones.

Anyone in the club with any Pentax items for sale?

The cameras would be: Super A, Program A, A3
Lenses would be marked SMC Pentax-A

Well I've just about managed to gather together enough A series stuff to start on the article, but the prices have shot through the roof.

It's because the A series and later pentax lenses have electrical contacts on the K mount. It beomes the Ka mount and this means that it is fully compatible with the DSLRs. Earlier lenses can be used but have restrictions and are not so convenient.

It seems the world is hungry for Pentax lenses at the moment.
