Does anyone have one of the new micro four thirds cameras?
I'm thinking of getting one for a few reasons:

So I can take it to places where my SLR is a no go ie, football matches, holiday.
It's more discrete, so I can get some decent street photography (Multiplying factor for lenses is 2x)
I don't want a bridge camera, I want a small interchangeable lens camera.

That said, I can also get a lens adapter, so I could put my Canon lenses onto it for experimentation.
Just for reference, I'm struggling to like anything other than the Olympus E-Pen range. I like the Pentax, however, I've seen better reviews for the Olympus.

To fund it, I'm thinking of selling my backup camera body (350d), 18-55 kit lens, 70-300mm tamron lens, lensbaby, 3d lens and my children.

The Olympus EPL-2 is a great little camera and may fit the bill. The original standard zoom is better than the MkII version. The rest of this range gives alternative features and price levels.

The Olympus XZ-1 is a nice compact that delivers great results, providing the ISO is kept to 400 or lower, and has a fixed f1.8 lens. Handy for low light?

The new Pentax Q is the ultimate in compact and worth a look, but not cheap with its magnesium alloy construction and interchangeable lenses.

It's not new (as in just released), but I have a Panasonic GF-1. The only native lens I have for this is the 20mm f1.7. It's a very good compact system, certainly better than any of the compacts I've used in the past.

Regarding manual focussing with older lenses used with an adaptor. I've tried that and it's a pain. Very slow to use. That may or may not be an issue for you.

I use the camera with the clip on EVF, and to be honest the camera is a pain to use without it as it's next to impossible to see what's on the rear screen on a sunny day.

I just managed to get my hands on an Olympus E_PL1 with kit 14-42mm lens for £200 which arrived this morning. Initially, things are a bit fiddly, but the video is really good and it's a lot lighter and smaller than my 5D, so will be good for holidays!

I'll post some test pics when I get some.
