Hi Danny

You've got good skin tone and nice colour in her hair and it looks like it was a fun shoot. The white background has also been handled well. So you're almost there.

Lighting-wise, I'd personally say that you have your main light too low. I can see where the light was placed by the catchlights in her eyes at the 3 o'clock position. Because of this low position, the light is casting an unsightly bulging nose shadow across her right cheek. Next time I'd advise you raising the light so that the catchlight is around the 1 o'clock position (or 11 o'clock if lighting from the other side), and this should give you a more pleasing shadow looping under her nose. Before you take any photos really look at where the light and shadows are falling and adjust them if necessary.

Because she's a 'fuller-faced' model, the lighting also isn't helping her too much. There are various lighting techniques you can read up on about how to make faces look slimmer or fuller.

The pose doesn't thrill me, sorry. It's almost there, and I'm sure your next efforts will be much better. Keep trying.

Just my opinions.
