Hi Everyone

Well, our annual outdoor meeting is upon us and Astley Green Mining Museum have very kindly asked us back.

We will meet at 7pm and hopefully, weather permitting, it should last until about 9.30pm.

I am booking the models and we are hoping to have at least 6. The cost is a minimum of £5 per person (well worth it!), payable to John on the night, to cover the model's costs and a donation to the Museum.

There will be a list put up at the club so we can get an idea of numbers or you can let us know here.

If photographing models is not your thing then there are plenty of other photographic opportunities at the museum.

This event has been a great success in previous years and everyone is welcome. If you are relatively new to photography we can make sure you are with someone who is experienced so you will get some great images - remember the monthly comps start soon!

Incidentally, there's no limit on numbers, the list is only to give us an idea of what to expect.

Models are now booked, it's a great line-up. Don't miss it!

Just a reminder that the club rooms will be closed this Thursday. Come and join us at Astley Green Mining Museum, members only, starts 7pm until 9.30ish. £5 minimum donation.

Also, we can drive through the gates right into the museum grounds, so no need to park on the road outside.

Thanks to everyone who turned up last night. We had a quick downpour but then it was dry for the rest of the night. Our models did really well - when John posts the model group shot I will put names to them for you.

Many thanks for organising the models!

I have on file model releases to cover anyone who needs them, both for this shoot and for Ena Mill. They are made out to cover everyone who shot images, so if and when you need a model release for any of the models, just e-mail me and I'll scan you a copy and send it over.

Gill, a pair of footwear was left by I presume one of the models. If they want to collect they can otherwise I can bring them in week after next.

Father in law let me know about them as he is chairman at Astley

Hi, please can those of you who came to Astley let me have a cd or pen drive with your images. We promised the girls they would get some photographs from the event. Deadline 29th August please.
