Help with old film
Re: Help with old film
The alternative would be to process as a black and white film, making an allowance to the age of the film by asuming it has lost a good deal of its speed.

Re: Help with old film
To be honest I don't know that this is right, but I would do the following.
Using Paterson FX39 developer I would cut off a short length of the film and process it for 14 minutes development @ 20 C (68 F). After avaluation of this short clip then the development of the main part of the film can be adjusted accordingly.
Hope that helps you to get something from the film.
