Monitor Calibration - Are your prints dark?

You might know that I have recently bought a new Dell flat-screen computer monitor.
After also buying a new Spyder 4 PRO monitor calibration device I was surprised at the findings and the difference it has made to my monitor.
I have just posted my calibration results and an introduction to monitor calibration on my Blog - http://www.pauljones.org/?p=1108
If you've ever wondered why your prints don't match what you see on your screen, or they are too dark, I hope you'll find it helpful.
