Here are a couple of shots from Canon AE-1 50mm, Kodak TMAX400, developed in Caffenol (2nd roll so far).
Loving being able to do this (won't have to wait 2 weeks for the negatives to come back from shop now).
Processed in camera raw.

The clubrooms do have a darkroom at the back and recently cleaned up as well. It's usable and available to club members - usual rooms hire charge to cover electricity/water usage.

I think this process you've started would be even more fun for you if you completed it by making some darkroom prints. We have enlargers in the darkroom and I'm sure someone will help you get it sorted.

John,

thanks, yes I knew about the darkroom, I hope to eventually have a go at printing but my camera skills will have to have improved a lot before
I waste anyones time instructing me in the art.
I'd also like to have taken an image worthy of printing before that too.
There are lots of questions I have for the "film crew", I'll see you Thursday looking forward to your B&W night.

Regards

Shaun

Hats off to you Shaun for having ago at not just taking pictures on film but also developing them yourself, I honestly believe this is where the real skill in photography is, not just the picture taking but the whole developing process, it's an art form in itself and one (I believe) should be kept alive. I just wished I had the time to have a go myself.

I shall look forward to seeing your printed images and like John said, the dark room at the club is waiting for you to use it :D

Good luck.

Tracey

By the way, the pictures you have shown so far on both the forum and Facebook are great, keep it up.
