I know this is not photography but having trouble with my internet, has anyone got a bt hub 3 or 4 they no longer need, danny

BT are usually pretty good at replacing defective hardware. . . . are they being difficult?

I have a 5 which went wonky and a quick phone call got it replaced. Give it a try.
