I have not been down for a few weeks.
Unfortunately my work has took me to Northampton woking so I will not be down for a while.
I will keep up with things on facebook and the ADAPS website.

It's a terrible thing when work interferes with recreation!

Being retired is no better, I can't fit in half the things I need to do!!
