Don't forget that this week is the deadline for entries. So far, I have two entries only, four when Sue and myself put ours in.

Some may want to use images from last week, but if so please make sure you give me back your flash drive. These are at the club for collection.

We've been over the requirement as to what you need to do with the images, which is absolutely nothing. Just let me have the SOOC JPEG files and I will do the rest.

Good luck all, there's a magnificent trophy to be won!

All the entries are now in and ready to show. In all, there are over 50 images and it should be another very interesting night.

Firstly, many thanks to Ken Geddes for the judging of this always interesting competition. It's a challenging concept in so many ways and a great opportunity to improve our "seeing" of an image.

Then, secondly but most importantly, congratulations to our winner Gordon Armstrong who successfully defended last year's win and takes the Joe Jackson trophy home for a second time! Not only that, but he came second as well.

Thirdly, and equally importantly, our third place was won by Gwen Barnes. So Gordon had better watch out as Gwen mounts a challenge for next time around....
