I notice that the annual forms have been updated.

The forms say that if a memory stick is used there should be a digital copy of the entry form included (presumably the same is true of emailed entries).

Please could we have the form in a format suitable for editing (such as a .doc file) rather than just a PDF which requires software to edit - I only have a reader.

In the meantime I will have to print, write and scan the form.

I'll be looking at these forms as soon as possible and totally agree that an editable one would be better.

In the meantime, a simple document containing the list of images would be fine. All we need is the clear information.

I opted to print, write and scan, which is not ideal but it works.
