Competition #250. Robins
Competition #250. Robins
Robin’s one of my favourite birds especially this time of year. Let’s see if you can nail the perfect Christmas card portrait. Competition ends midnight 20th January. Good luck

Re: Competition #250. Robins
Thank you to everybody who got involved with the Robin competition. Remember they are all winners!!
John
Very lucky to catch such a brave Robin moment normally by the time you get the camera out they’ve gone
Mel
Cracking ground shot Mel pin sharp and I like the way you have got down low to take it.
Eddie
The perfect pose and pin sharp I do like how you caught the slight head turn.
Andy
I think this little Robin has been feeding on the McDonald’s car park
I love the blown out background
Graham
Nice little action shot I can’t tell whether it’s just landing or taking off but you’ve managed to freeze most of it that matters
Daz
Nice bit of ice going along the log and I like how you’ve got the ring of foliage around it.
Gordon
Great shot I do you like a close up and your bang its level with a lovely bit of bokeh
Sue
Well caught picture sue good background and the worm is a bonus
Anne
Scruffy Robin or is it just young that’s the beauty they come in all shapes and sizes
Not the easiest competition to judge because they are all so good.
after looking at them all time and time again my winner is Gordon. Again thanks for taking part Simon
