Hi John
The only image I can see is the one just preceding this message. This is using IE 7 at work.
Regarding the image size. The Leica forum that I belong to allows a maximum pixel dimension of 960 on the longest side, and a maximum file size of 245k when uploading an image directly to the forum.
The bb software prevents anything being uploaded that's larger than this, so there must be an option that can be set somewhere to limit the size. The Leica forum doesn't use the same software as this board, so that may not be possible here.
Here's a link to a recent photograph of mine - it's linked directly from my web site so should display ok.

Ah, it appears that you can only hot-link images, you can't upload them directly to the forum - that's a difference between the Leica forum and this. There you can upload an image from your PC/Mac to the forum to display it.
The signature facility seems to be working <grin>

Hello and welcome! I can see the images - the avatars are limited to 80x80 but I don't think that has an effect on the forum linking. The new version of the software allows uploading of image but is not a stable release yet so will not be installed until that point. I don't use this function much so you seem to know more than I!

Welcome, Steve, and thanks for helping with the forum testing.

I've just changed my image hosting service and now use Photobucket. This is very much easier to use than pBase, much more user-friendly.
Hope that information helps.
