What does SOTW stand for??

Slimmer Of The Week!! Yes, I have now won the coveted SOTW title for two consecutive weeks at work 
I had sneaked up to an amazing 15 stones, so after New Year we all (at work) decided to diet together. I beat smoking 3 yrs ago and now I'm determined to beat my weight! I've been doing brisk walks every night after work, covering between 5 and 8 miles and this morning I decided to go up to Rivington Pike for the first time in about 20 yrs!!
Bitter cold, but beautiful scenery. Didn't take my camera, but luckily, I had my compact in my pocket so I managed to grab a few snaps....
Had a great day and was glad that I went up early, because the light was rubbish just a couple of hours later.
