I took this Image months ago and I have only just got round to looking at them.
There is a few dust spots and one very big one (that has now gone).
I have upload the full size JPG and RAW file so you can get the best results, I will upload my edit in a few days.

Nicely done Gerry. You've brought out the detail in the sky and enhanced the lighting, giving it a warmer feel. Which package did you use to tone map the image - it still appears quite natural and not overdone.

I liked the way the light from the water was reflected on the building and the bridge but I also wanted to see more texture and the cafe
so dust spots out with healing brush
cropped to get shut of most of the whatever it is in bottom corner
using that image
did a colour HDR effect and put that as a layer over with blending mode on darken
then did a mono HDR effect, misted jot ust the bridge and cafe side
and popped that over with blending mode on luminosity - opacity 90%
