Hi Paul,

I'm really interested in this, but unfortunately we'll be away on holiday (again!) on 5 February for two weeks, so that would mean missing two of the six units of the course. However, if it is repeated later at a suitable date, I will definitely go,

Cheers, Mel

Thanks Mel

I think some of our members would find the course very beneficial, aswell as the chance to play around in such a fantastically well-equipped studio as Millwood. (I'm going there again this Saturday) ;-]

Hi Mel

I've heard from another ADAPS member that the Millwood Lighting Course may be being postponed for a week or two. You could check with Jamie at the studio for the details.

Hi Paul
Bev and I went on Monday evening and it was superb and well worth the money. It's well worth exploring the various studios if you want to have some fun - they have various sets and a large white infinity room that offers lots of photographic possibilities. A group of say 10 members could hire it for a Saturday morning and really come away with some great shots.
Anyway, back to the course. It was 2 hours of practical light work. About 5 lighting set ups and really good 'one to one' hands on instruction. The 2 hours flashed by if you'll pardon the pun.

That's good. I'm glad you enjoyed it. I'm sure you'll learn a lot from the six week course.
I shall expect to see some good photos from you. :D

They could indeed. It's a great studio.
I've just made another booking there for me and Melissa to go back for our next shoot in a couple of weeks time. 8)
