Alasdair has a fair point there, but for me the black and white is very powerful and avoids the distracting colours.
I've noticed your black and white images are becoming very striking Mike, not just these.

My first thought was to go for the black and white. It's a safe option.
However, I really like the red door. And the more I look at it, the more I'm favouring the colour shot.
