First can I say thank you all for entering, really enjoyed looking at them.

Pithead at Astley - A good B/W photo of the pithead through the window of the engine room. The window makes a great frame.
Poppies - A lovely field of wild flowers, well seen and taken.
Pink & Pearls - A beautiful photo of Georgia, a good pose, nice and sharp throughout.
Purple - A very eye catching colourful photo, sharp and clean and very dramatic, The purple and blue go well together.
Pigeon - Sharp detail on the pigeon, good colour with a lovely shaft of light on the head.
Pembroke Castle - Looks like a good day to visit the castle, a nice clear blue sky giving a nice shimmering reflection in the water.
Pian-oh! - A good idea and the b/w suits the photo well.
Power Boat - Well done you caught the action just right, good clean colours, nice and sharp with space at the front for the boat to move into.

So here are the winners....

Thanks Sue. A bit of surprise as there are some very good images this month.

For what it's worth the picture of the fish tank was taken at Wyvale (Barton Grange) Garden Cenre on Wigan Road Bolton. Went with
Ruth (she likes flowers - I'm not bothered) so I was loooking for either purple or pink ones then saw the aquarium and thought it that bit
different. A lucky visit.

Will put on my thinking cap so watch this space.
