My First Showing!

Well, if you already read my "Hello" post in the General section, you'll know that I've been away from photography for many a year, so go easy on me

I took this shot with a little Lumix DMC-FX01 compact camera. It's only a 6mp camera but it has a Leica lens which really helps make things nice and sharp. I was in a little village called Wray, during their annual Scarecrow Week and as I was strolling through the place, I spotted this beautiful lock on an old wooden door so I snapped it up.

The wife said "What the hell are you taking a picture of that for?"



Maybe she was right!
