This image is from a nude shoot I did with Emma Bates. The crop removes the nudity, which in this image I felt was unecessary.
The effect is created by using the red channel only and applying Diffuse Glow.

I think the overall effect of the image is dominated a little by the Red Devil tattoo on her shoulder. For me, I would maybe try removing it and see if it causes less of a distraction. Others will disagree.
Incidentally, Emma herself isn't keen on the tattoos and usually asks me to try to remove them if I'm giving her any images.

I like the overall effect of this image and I really like the pose Emma is in, but would like to see a version without the tattoo, I'm not a big fan of them at all.
