Graphics Tablets
I'm thinking of investing in a graphics tablet, can anyone recommend one that is easy to use and photoshop compatible and also your experience in using one, the WACOM ones seem to be popular. Any advice gratefully accepted.
Re: Graphics Tablets
WACOM seem to be the market leaders and the ones most favoured. I understand a smaller tablet such as A5 is actually easier to control than a larger one.
Best regards
John

Re: Graphics Tablets
I have a wacom bamboo, can't say anything bad about it. For the £40, I think, I paid for it, I've had more than my use.
It is just a tablet, easy to draw with and I use the controls for brush sizes, works well.

You'll get different opinions depending upon who you speak to... The best advice is to see if someone will lend you one to try for a few days to see how you like it.Scuba Diver wrote: I'm thinking of investing in a graphics tablet, can anyone recommend one that is easy to use and photoshop compatible and also your experience in using one, the WACOM ones seem to be popular. I had one and sold it. I just prefer using a mouse.

Alison, I have one that you can borrow to try before you buy if you want to. It 's a Wacom Bamboo Pen. Call round this evening or in the morning to collect it.
