Here's a short selection from a photoshoot today, on location which is my preference for shots of people:

And here are some of the background shots for the record taken by yours truly (roving reporter - Clark Kent)...
The afternoon went well with two models and John had some cracking ideas for places to shoot having been to Astley Mining Museum himself many times. Those present included myself, Pammie, Tracey, John, Gill and of course not forgetting Becky and Jade. We had a great afternoons shoot; I was just there to observe. Becky insisted on doing a shot with the telephone box - what the model wants they get!! Hope you enjoy this extra look on things from my perspective including my best shot of the afternoon, the two girls on the wheel. All in all everyone had a wonderful shoot - must do it again sometime.

I agree with Paul, I really like the one of Becky with the red wheel, the colours compliment eachother and the lighting is really good on her face.
Here are a couple of mine, the ones with the blue tarp background really complemented the girls and the lighting in that hanger helped control the strong sun light.

Hi heres one of mine converted to B & W. Really enjoyed Astley Mining Museum - it was my first outdoor shoot and I hope the first of many more.
