learning macro

Post by pammie »

Having recently bought a second hand 60mm Nikon macro lens I am trying to get to grips with it. "Quite difficult" is my first thought!

However here is a pic for comments. Bear in mind the quality is reduced to put on the website.

Pity it wasn't a more attractive insect I know, but you have to take what you find...

Hi Pammie

For a first attempt with a new lens this isn't bad at all. You've got the centre of the flower really sharp with the petals blurring nicely away, I also like the water drops you have captured - no flies on you eh....!!!! Sorry about that, couldn't resist.

I'll look forward to seeing more of your macro images.
