The August set subject competition is "The Industrial Landscape"
The competition category is "Open", which means that images can be manipulated without restrictions. The judge(s) will however be asked to take relevance to the subject in to account.
Old, new, vistas or detailed shots there is plenty to go at and to put your own interpretation on the subject.
The format is for projected digital images only. Please see the competition page on the ADAPS website or the top of the image section of this forum for guidelines on how to prepare your files. Maximum number of entries is 3 per member.
Entries should be numbered (ie 1 title of image 1, 2 title of image 2, 3 title of image 3) but there is no need for an entry form.
Entries can be on CD, stick or email. The email post-box will be open from July 21 onwards.
As always I will check (but not correct) all entries up to the deadline.
This type of competition is ideal for newer members, or those who have been too shy to enter before, to have a go.
If you need help with your images or are not sure how to prepare your files/folder please list your name below and I will sort out a suitable date for a little workshop. I much rather show you how to do it right then having to "bat" your entry back.
Any questions, just ask
Theo

As usual Paul is absolutely correct.
For this one I can probably extend the deadline a little to the weekend but as always if you send them in early and they are wrong you have time (and my guidance
) to correct.
This type of competition is were members who have not done one before should take the opportunity.
If you need help just ask
