My Compact Photos

Post by Tracey McGovern »

Hi All

Following on from the competiton this month, here are some of the photos I took with my compact, bearing in mind I took hundreds, I'd say 90% or more of them weren't worth showing or were absolutely rubbish, but these I'm quite chuffed with.

Nice images Tracey, you should be able to upload some more now. Incidentally, I've moved this over into the Images section.
Best regards

It isn't easy making good images with a compact, but you've proved it can be done Tracey!

Great photos Tracey

If I can't be there myself, then seeing excellent photos like yours is the next best thing - thank you for sharing!

Thank you all for your kind comments, I really appreciate it and I know I'm lucky to have been to some of the places I've been to. You know, when I get to a new place, you're not going to believe me, but it's true, I nearly always fill up and it's because I can't believe I'm really there, I know how lucky I am so if you see me filling up when we get to the Black Country Museum, can someone please hand be a tissue

Really good photos tracey and I am not surprised you are chuffed with them.
Its lovely that you are so appreciative of the 'luck' you have in being in these places, and lucky for the rest of us that you have the skills, even in the face of adversity, to be able to capture and then share the images with the rest of us unlucky souls who hardly ever seem to get out of Lancashire.
Keith.
PS. I really like the Lions 2 shot.
