I quite like what you're trying to achieve here and well done for having a go. It's an OK pose and taken from a good angle.
I can understand why you've done it, but I personally think you've gone a shade too far with whitening her eyes though, to the point where they look a bit unnatural. If you can pull that back a touch I think it will be better. I sometimes retouch eyes but try to make it so it doesn't look too obvious.
