Hi All.
There's an interesting sounding programme on TV this weekend.
" Rankin Shoots Rembrandt "
In it he interprets Rembrandt's old-age portraits, attempting to capture the essence of the 17th-century images as he shoots Terry Gilliam, Ken Loach, Zandra Rhodes & Una Stubbs.
It's on BBC2 Saturday night at 10.00.
Regards,
Phil.

Thanks Phil its in my planner together with Schama on Rembrandt at 9.00 pm, which will give an insight into the Artist and his work before watching Rankin's interpretations.

Re: TV Viewing This Weekend
Some time ago Harry Gladson, Paul Jones and myself ran an ADAPS event we called "In search of Rembrandt" where we tried to replicate an old master. It also appeared as an article in Pentax User magazine. I'll dig it out and post it.
Best regards
