Nuff said!
Obviously a ploy to get her to become a patron for them at some point. It's belittling the real talent out there who are working so hard to be accepted (like our very own Chris Harrison).
Anyone care to comment? Am I just being mean? Suppose she does qualify for the 'Royal' bit in RPS
Andy.

You might very well think that, but I wouldn't presume to comment....
Could family snaps, so long sneered at by some judges, be the new direction for 2017?
Seriously though, you have a point, and we know why the honour has been given.

I tend to agree that the pictures are not the greatest that I have ever seen but it is good to see someone of such high profile amongst the young using a serious camera instead of taking selfies on a phone.
People don't have to work hard to get membership, just pay money. They haven't given her a fellowship or a distinction.
It strikes me that the price of a life membership (£950) is cheap for the amount of free publicity the RPS has been given and they presumably now have their next royal patron organised.

Don't have a problem with any of the photos there. As they are of the Royal family, they would probably be considered record shots as they may hold some important significance as time goes by.
Pity she didn't photoshop them to within an inch of reality though, that's real photography nowadays.
