I use a host called IX Web Hosting . They give me plenty of storage, plenty of bandwidth, number of SQL databases etc. The cost is about £70 per year with 3 free domain registrations. Kieth, at £7 a month it would be incredibly cheaper to buy your own Web Host and download a free HTML template from the Internet (Google Search, Free CSS Web Templates) £7 a month for a pre-hosted website is just daylight robbery! Web hosting can come as cheap as £3 a month with a .info domain at 0....

There are lots of places and people that could set you up a website. My recommendation for the domain would be .co.uk for the main reason your a UK resident, .org's are normally for organizations. The only Browser I use is Google Chrome, and it doesn't house a RSS Feature, and that will also mean neither does Googles Operating System!
Google Chrome dosent even have the ability to code XML (Which is what an RSS Feed is) into a readable format

RSS Feeds/ATOM Feed's dont show up in some Browsers though
